Linda Simpson
Principal
Linda is the Founder and Managing Principal of Transitus Real Estate Solutions. She is responsible for sourcing unique opportunities for investor clients seeking to place capital. Additionally, she seeks to provide clients a variety of equity solutions to meet their needs.
Linda has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years. In this time she has served institutional and private clients in realizing their investment objectives through acquisition, disposition, leasing and capital attainment. She began her career as a real estate appraiser but quickly transitioned into investment and capital services. Prior to starting Transitus, worked in the Capital Markets divisions of JLL (fka HFF, LP), Trammell Crow Company, Transwestern and C-III Capital Partners (NAI Global).
Linda is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and ICSC.
